ABOUT US
We're the University of York Fencing Club!
As one of the university's most friendly and welcoming clubs, we take everyone, from complete beginners to experienced fencers. Come along and have a go!
All equipment is provided, and we offer membership at a competitive rate, both for students and non-students.
We currently have two teams in the BUCS leagues; one men's and one women's. Our women's team is in the Northern Tier 1 and our men's team is in the Northern Tier 2.

ROSES
Roses are white
Every year, York's sports clubs take on Lancaster's in "the largest inter-university sports tournament in Europe."
Fencing take part, and it's a great event! Currently, Lancaster are unfortunately the reigning overall champions, but we destroyed them in the fencing. No matter the result, Roses will always be WHITE.
